Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the crkiex website at https://crkiex.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered by crkiex, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crkiex platform and close your account.

crkiex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crkiex will notify registered players via email to the address on file and display a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the crkiex platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and dispute.

Supplementary Policies

These Terms incorporate by reference the following supplementary documents, which form part of the complete agreement between you and crkiex:

• Privacy Policy — governing collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing deposit limits, self-exclusion, and player protection tools.
• Game-specific rules published within the applicable game interface on the crkiex platform.
• Bonus and Promotion Terms published alongside any active promotional offer on the crkiex platform.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on crkiex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the crkiex platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of crkiex or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You do not have an existing active or self-excluded crkiex account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited under these Terms.
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the crkiex platform on your behalf.

Age Verification

crkiex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the player's active use of the platform. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh or an equivalent authority.

Where a player is unable to provide satisfactory documentation confirming they are 18 years of age or older, crkiex will suspend the account, freeze any balance held, and may permanently close the account. Any winnings generated during a period in which age eligibility cannot be confirmed may be voided at crkiex's sole discretion.

Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible player may register one single account on the crkiex platform. To complete registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account per Player

crkiex operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one crkiex account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crkiex reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account, void all bonuses and winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player at crkiex's sole discretion.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

crkiex is required to conduct identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be initiated at registration or triggered by specific account activity including, but not limited to, the player's first withdrawal request, deposits or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, or any account activity that triggers crkiex's internal risk assessment procedures.

As part of the KYC process, crkiex may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, showing the registered mobile number matches the one on your crkiex account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of crkiex's request — will result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality on the account. crkiex will not process withdrawals from any account where KYC has not been satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crkiex login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any other person under any circumstances. crkiex will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted on your crkiex account using your login credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crkiex immediately at [email protected].

Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the crkiex platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). crkiex supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time and crkiex reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via bKash or Nagad.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• crkiex does not charge any fee on incoming deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside crkiex's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your crkiex account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the MFS provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 10 minutes, please contact crkiex support with your transaction reference number.
• crkiex reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction and to hold funds pending verification where the source of funds is unclear.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. crkiex does not permit withdrawals to a different account, wallet, or payment method than the one used for the deposit that funded the withdrawal.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal will be processed. Requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for verified accounts processing amounts within normal thresholds to bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) may be longer — typically within one business day.
• crkiex may apply additional manual review to withdrawal requests that exceed internal risk thresholds. In such cases, the processing time may be extended and crkiex may request additional documentation.
• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal will be approved. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal request being declined until the requirement is fulfilled.

Bonuses and Promotions

crkiex may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific bonus terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific bonus terms for a particular offer, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. Eligibility criteria for each individual promotion will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• crkiex reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility by game type. In most cases, live casino bets and sports bets contribute at a different rate to the wagering requirement than slot bets. The specific contribution rates will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a crkiex account at any given time unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will be treated as bonus abuse. crkiex reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified and to permanently close the account of any player found to be engaged in systematic bonus exploitation.
• All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonuses not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

crkiex may offer special promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL cricket tournaments, IPL season, T20 World Cup matches, and seasonal festivals such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These event-specific promotions will carry their own eligibility criteria, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and expiry dates as published at the time of the offer. crkiex is not obligated to offer any specific promotion at any specific time and reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules and Fair Play

crkiex offers a range of online gaming products including cricket and sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and card games including Hi-Lo and Jacks or Better. Each product category and individual game title is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface on the crkiex platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Certified Random Number Generation

All slot and RNG-based casino games available on the crkiex platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Spribe, and Ezugi. crkiex does not operate its own game engine. Each provider's random number generation (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by the platform. crkiex does not have the ability to influence, alter, or override the outcome of any certified RNG game.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified gaming studios. The physical presence of real dealers and real casino equipment means that live game outcomes are determined by genuine physical processes — the shuffle of a card deck, the spin of a roulette wheel — rather than by software RNG. Live game outcomes are final once the dealer has announced the result. Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets on crkiex — including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by crkiex's sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds displayed may differ from final settlement odds if a market was subject to a price change between display and confirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with crkiex's abandonment rules as published in the sports betting rules section.
• The minimum stake for sports and cricket bets is ৳50.
• crkiex reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a material error in the odds was present at the time the bet was accepted, where evidence of match manipulation exists, or where the bet was placed after an event's outcome was already known.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software fault, or communications failure during any game session, crkiex will investigate the incident and resolve it in the fairest manner possible, using the available game logs and transaction records. crkiex reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a technical error materially affected the game outcome. Decisions made by crkiex in respect of technical malfunctions are final, subject to the disputes procedure set out below.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crkiex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person in any interaction with crkiex.
• Money Laundering: Using the crkiex platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. crkiex maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through hedged betting, minimal-risk wagering strategies designed to clear requirements without genuine play, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any other strategy that constitutes abuse of crkiex's promotional system.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players on the platform.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted betting systems, or any non-human means of interacting with the crkiex platform.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank for deposits that were validly processed and credited to your crkiex account.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the crkiex platform, its servers, databases, or any other player's account; introducing malware or disruptive code; or interfering with the normal operation of the platform in any way.
• Underage Play: Allowing or facilitating access to a crkiex account by any person under the age of 18, whether deliberately or through failure to secure your account credentials.

Account Suspension and Closure

crkiex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity as described above.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• crkiex is required to close the account to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• The player has requested self-exclusion via crkiex's responsible gaming tools — see the Responsible Gaming page.

Closure by the Player

You may close your crkiex account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance from your account. crkiex will process any pending withdrawal requests before completing the account closure. Note that accounts closed voluntarily by the player cannot be reopened while a self-exclusion period is active.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all access to the crkiex platform will be revoked. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verifiable winnings generated from real-money play (not subject to a pending wagering requirement) that remain in the account balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and compliance review.

Disputes and Complaints

If you wish to raise a dispute or formal complaint regarding any decision made by crkiex in respect of your account, game outcome, bonus settlement, or withdrawal, you must submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered. crkiex aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
