Loss limits function identically to deposit limits in terms of their daily / weekly / monthly structure, their immediate-reduction / delayed-increase mechanism, and their application across all payment channels. • Your self-exclusion record is retained for the full duration of the exclusion plus a minimum of 5 years after the exclusion ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Include your registered account email address, your registered mobile number, and your preferred exclusion duration.
